We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience. Quirkup works with a third-party fulfillment partner based in India, who stores, processes, and ships customer orders on our behalf. All orders are serviced and delivered within India through trusted courier partners, as described in our Brand & Delivery Disclaimer.

Free Shipping Across India
We offer 100% free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges or minimum order requirements.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To ensure timely delivery, we follow a structured processing schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday). Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from the date of order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier operations, remote locations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

Delivery Area: We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Remote Locations: Deliveries to certain areas (e.g., the North East or Jammu & Kashmir) may take an additional 1–2 days.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier networks across India to ensure safe and timely delivery, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Delivery & Order Confirmation

To ensure smooth delivery, orders may be confirmed via call or SMS before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and accessible.

Lost or Damaged Items

Package Not Received: If your order shows as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or security. If it still cannot be found, contact us immediately.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
