1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or invoice is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used personal care and hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the return process will need to be followed after delivery.


3. Return Process

  2. Provide supporting images if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  3. Our team will review your request and share further instructions
  4. Return pickup may be arranged where service is available; otherwise, customers may be requested to ship the item

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after return approval

Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on banking systems and payment providers.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, such as replacement or refund, based on eligibility.

  • Opened personal care or hygiene items
  • Customized or special-order products

8. Return Shipping & Handling

Return pickup may be arranged depending on location and service availability. In certain cases, customers may be required to ship the product back to us. Return shipping support will be determined based on the nature of the return request.


9. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Product Inspection: 2–3 business days after receipt
  • Refund Processing: 5–7 business days after approval
