After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track your order in real time.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact our support team for assistance. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. If already shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.

What is the delivery time?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier or regional factors.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping across India. Any applicable charges (such as COD handling fees) are clearly shown at checkout.

Which courier partners do you use?

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax, depending on your location.

What if I miss my delivery?

The courier partner may attempt delivery again or contact you. You may also be able to reschedule delivery using the tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and approved:
• Inspection: 2–3 business days
• Refund processing: 5–7 business days

How are refunds processed?

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Are all items returnable?

Certain items such as personal care products (if opened), customized items, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
